Booking Policies

BOOKING POLICY:

  • To book an appointment, a valid credit card is required.
  • If you don't provide a credit card:
    • You can walk in at your desired appointment time, and we will accommodate you if there's an available slot.
    • Alternatively, you can purchase a gift card for the full service amount, which will be used to hold your appointment.
  • Please ensure that you’ve booked the correct time and date to avoid incurring cancellation charges.

RUNNING LATE?

We kindly ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to check-in. Our goal is to efficiently meet our clients' needs and adhere to a time-sensitive schedule. Should you anticipate any delay, we appreciate advance notice so we can make necessary arrangements.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive late to avoid inconvenience to other clients. We allow a 15-minute grace period.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate which may involve modifying your service. In the event we need to reschedule, a 30% fee will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, while no-shows will be billed the full amount.
  • If you are able to reschedule for the same-day, contingent on the salon's availability, 30% of the service fee will apply. 
  •  Appointments scheduled within 24 hours are also subject to this policy. Cancellation requests outside of salon hours will not waive the fee. To efficiently cancel without incurring fees, please use the booking confirmation link. Notifications of cancellation outside of business hours will not be accommodated.
  • If you need to cancel via phone or email and are unable to cancel online, please note that we will not be answering phone calls or emails past business hours. Our business hours are as follows:
    • Mon-Fri 10-8PM
    • Sat 10-7PM
    • Sun 10-5PM
  • We are closed on all stat holidays and observed holidays as follows:
    • New Year’s Day: January 1
    • Family Day: February 20
    • Good Friday: March 29
    • Victoria Day: May 20
    • Canada Day: July 1
    • Civic Holiday: August 5
    • Labour Day: September 2
    • Thanksgiving Day: October 14
    • Christmas Day: December 25
    • Boxing Day: December 26

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your service. We request that you inform us promptly, as any incidents occurring beyond a 1-week timeframe from the date of the appointment may not be attributable to us and could be caused by lifestyle factors beyond our control, impacting damage or quality issues.

If you are able to let us know within the allotted timeframe we will fix it no questions asked.

  • An appointment must be made within 5 days of notice time.
  • Must contact the salon with notice + photos within time frame of initial service.
